Gary Cole serves as the CEO and Founder of LumiLinks, a data science company specializing in consolidating data for business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and machine learning applications since January 2019. In addition, Gary has been an advisor for the Demographics User Group since January 2020 and previously held the role of Chief Data Officer and advisor at Caircraft from October 2020 to September 2021, focusing on mitigating Covid risks globally. Gary's earlier experience includes various leadership positions at Rackspace, including Business Unit Director at Six Degrees Group and managerial roles in fitness and health ventures such as energie fitness and HealthOne, along with serving as a trustee for the charity Rushmoor Healthy Living. Gary initially served in the Royal Air Force from December 1998 to September 2006.
