Rithika Susan Abraham is an experienced professional in people operations and program management, currently serving as the Head of People Operations and previously fulfilling roles such as Student Insights Researcher and Senior Program Manager at Lumiere Education since November 2021. Rithika has a diverse background, including a tenure as Program Manager for LSESU OneIndiaTalks, where a 7-part interview series on Indian politics and society was co-conceptualized and social media engagement was significantly increased. Additional experience includes positions as an Editorial Assistant for Fully Fed Up- Recipe Book, Research Assistant at the Centre for Policy Research, and various roles in academic and corporate settings. Rithika holds a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA Hons in Sociology and Anthropology from Ashoka University.
