Viena Ferdínez has extensive experience in technology management, currently serving as Directora Corporativa de Tecnología at Lumicentro since August 2006, where responsibilities include corporate technology management and budget execution. Previously held the position of Gerente de Tecnología at Lumicentro, focusing on technological solutions and coordination of equipment purchases for systems implementation. Prior roles include Asesor de Sistemas at Arango Software International, where analysis and development for multiple banking clients were conducted, and Gerente de Sistemas at Fotokina, responsible for the implementation of comprehensive computing systems across various branches. Additional experience includes programming analysis roles at the Municipio de Panamá and Compañía Xerox de Panamá. Viena Ferdínez holds a Licenciatura in Sistemas Computacionales, along with a Master’s degree and Postgraduate degree in business administration and finance from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá.
