Julian Pleli has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2012, they worked as an Intern at FAULHABER Drive Systems. From 2015 to 2016, they gained experience as an Intern at BMW Group. Julian then worked as a Werkstudent at in-tech Automotive Engineering, LLC from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Project Assistant at Magna International. In 2018, they completed a Master Thesis at Continental. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an E/E Test Manager on behalf of BMW Group at in-tech GmbH. Julian later joined BMW Group in 2020 as a Car & Data Analyst, a role they held until 2022. Currently, Julian serves as the Co-Founder of Lumibit GmbH, a position they started in 2021.

Julian Pleli began their education journey at the Technical University of Munich in 2012. Julian completed their Bachelor's degree in Maschinenbau in 2016. Julian then pursued further education at the same institution, obtaining their Master's degree in Maschinenbau in 2018. In January 2020, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
