Yanir Yakutiel is an experienced entrepreneur and executive in the fields of finance, shipping, and small business lending. As the Founder and CEO of Lumi since August 2018, Yanir has aimed to alleviate funding challenges for Australian businesses. Prior to this, Yanir founded Sail, which focused on empowering small businesses in Australia, and served as Managing Director at Pangaea Maritime, providing advisory services in shipping and logistics. Yanir co-founded Delta Shipping, driving strategic transactions in dry bulk shipping, and led global business development at ICAP Shipping, where significant expansions in Asia-Pacific were achieved. Yanir's career also includes roles at The Bolton Group and Zodiac Maritime Limited, alongside foundational experiences as a Financial Analyst and Junior Lawyer. Yanir holds an MBA from INSEAD and dual degrees in Law and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
