At Premcor Refining, they worked as a Software Engineer, developing an oil trading web application. Curt then joined Anheuser-Busch as a Project Manager and Unified Process Mentor, providing mentorship and training on software development methodologies. Curt's experience also includes roles at Lumeris, where they held positions such as Director of Product Management, Principal Product Manager, and Sr. Product Manager.
