Peter Moule is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in the development and introduction of advanced optical and radio products. Currently at Lumentum since December 2018, Peter oversees the transition of 43 Gbaud and 64 Gbaud Transmit/Receive Optical Modules from prototype to full production, collaborating closely with R&D and design teams. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at OCLARO and Project Manager at Cambium Networks, where responsibilities encompassed managing global suppliers and coordinating new product introductions. Earlier experience as a Project Manager at Motorola Solutions involved overseeing the transition of manufacturing for Point to Point wireless products, while initial roles at Bookham/Nortel Networks focused on the introduction of new optoelectronic products into manufacturing. Peter holds an MSci (Hons.) in Physics with Electronics from the University of Birmingham.
