Geoffrey Mendoza is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in quality assurance and testing for fiber optic products. Currently serving as Engineering Lab Manager at Lumentum since August 2021, Geoffrey previously held roles at Lumentum and Ixia Network Visibility Solutions, specializing in the development and testing of high-density tap technologies and ensuring system compatibility across product lines. Geoffrey has extensive experience leading test setup and processes that enhance product quality, demonstrated significant contributions during tenure at Net Optics, Inc., and earned recognition as “Employee of the Year 2006” for exceptional performance. Geoffrey holds a Certificate in Software Engineering and Quality from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
