Amir Gafni serves as a Senior Engineering Development Manager at Lumentum, where responsibilities include overseeing engineering projects and teams since October 2015, and previously held roles as Principal Engineer and Staff Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Test Development Engineer at Jabil, where Amir initiated the design and implementation of image processing systems for a leading wearable device. Amir also worked at Orbotech from April 2008 to September 2014, providing on-site solutions and training for PCB laser imaging systems. Additional roles include leading a team of engineers in South Korea and developing test systems for inspection products. Amir began a career in education as a Mathematics and Physics Lecturer for the Israel education ministry from 2005 to 2007 while earning an Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2008.
