Samantha Mindel has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position at Lument as a Transaction Underwriting Analyst, which they began in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MoneyGirls as a Campus Strategist from November 2019 to September 2021. In this role, they focused on growing the community size and providing market insights for product development. Samantha also gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Starwood Property Trust in June-July 2021 and as an Intern at Pickspace Plus + Coworking Space Software in May-August 2020. Samantha served as the President of Freshman Leadership Council at the University of Miami Hillel from August 2019 to May 2020.

Furthermore, Samantha had internships at Gilman Management Corporation in July-August 2019, where they prepared leases, analyzed cash flows, and managed client relationships, and at Great Neck Park District in June-August 2018, where they worked as a Lead Swim Instructor. Samantha began their career as a Broker's Assistant at The Corcoran Group in June-August 2017, assisting with open houses, office work, and sales tasks, as well as conducting property research and preparing client documents. Finally, Samantha gained administrative support experience at Samar Hospitality from June-September 2016, handling check distribution, appointment bookings, and various errands.

Samantha Mindel completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Real Estate at the University of Miami Herbert Business School from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Great Neck South High School from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Samantha obtained a certification as a Real Estate Salesperson from the New York Real Estate Institute in August 2019.
