Ben Merkel serves as the Director of Financial Strategic Transformation at Lumen Technologies, specializing in ERP and finance systems, and has played a key role in the conversion from Oracle to SAP. As a partner and treasurer at Blue Mountain Montessori, Ben is actively involved in managing business finances. Previously, at Level 3 Communications, Ben managed ERP implementation projects, including data migrations and business process analysis. Ben also held management and project management roles at SSB Consulting Group and Vaisala Inc, overseeing teams and ensuring project success. Ben holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
