JianYong Lin, PhD, is an experienced engineer with a strong background in software and hardware development. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Lumen Australia Pty Ltd since July 2022, JianYong has previously held key engineering roles at Leica Biosystems and Atech Automotive, focusing on software validation and embedded systems. With extensive experience at HGST and Seagate Singapore, JianYong specialized in firmware design and integration for storage protocols and hard disk drives. JianYong Lin obtained a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, where work involved projects in cooperative estimation and control theory.
