Tuhin Banerjee has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tuhin started their career as a Management Trainee - Systems at LABVANTAGE Solutions, Inc. in July 2013 and worked there until April 2014. Tuhin then moved on to the role of Associate Solution Engineer and later became a Solution Engineer at the same company from April 2014 to April 2017. Tuhin was involved in requirement gathering, designing, and implementing solutions, and led the implementation of ITC LIMS.

In December 2017, Tuhin joined Turbot as a DevOps Engineer. Tuhin was responsible for implementing policies and automated controls for multiple cloud services. Tuhin also architected and developed the IAM model of the product.

In December 2018, Tuhin transitioned to the role of a Senior Software Engineer at Turbot. Tuhin was part of the Core Engineering team and developed, scaled, and maintained the SAAS DB in RDS. Tuhin was also involved in exploring, optimizing, and providing complex optimization techniques in Postgres DB.

Tuhin joined Visual BI Solutions in November 2020 as a Senior Developer and later became a Lead Developer in May 2021. At Visual BI Solutions, they contributed to building strategic BI models for Fortune 500 companies.

Currently, Tuhin is working at Lumel as a Lead Product Developer. Lumel is a software provider in the field of Business Intelligence & Analytics, committed to revolutionizing the way the world looks at data. Tuhin is responsible for leading product development and playing a managerial role.

Tuhin Banerjee completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Dr B.C. Roy Engineering College in Durgapur between 2009 and 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer certification from Oracle in March 2015. Recently, they gained certifications such as Grokking Modern System Design for Software Engineers & Managers and Building Scalable Data Pipelines with Kafka from Educative, Inc., in August 2022 and June 2022 respectively. Additionally, Tuhin Banerjee achieved the Microsoft certifications of DevOps Engineer Expert and Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in May 2023 and March 2023.
