Alanna DiGioia Jackson has held various roles in different organizations. Alanna worked as an Administrative Assistant at Drexel University School of Law from January 2016 to September 2016, where they handled legal and financial documents for different departments, transcribed phone calls and opened and screened mail from inmates seeking legal help. Alanna also worked as a Community Partnerships Co-op at Global Citizen Greater Philadelphia MLK Day of Service from September 2016 to March 2017. Alanna's work experience also includes their work at Springboard Collaborative, where they worked for four years from July 2017 to June 2023. At Springboard Collaborative, they worked in different roles, including Executive Operations Manager, Director of Project Management, Project Manager, Executive Assistant, and Project Assistant. In their positions, they managed a team of departmental Project Leads and revamped the budget development process, which resulted in the creation of $35M org budget in 2023. Alanna also ghost-wrote weekly updates from executives, managed a $250k budget, sourced vendors, and developed budgets for weeklong hybrid company retreats where staff reported 90% satisfaction. Furthermore, they managed 68 distinct projects to adapt the organization to COVID and hired and managed 42 part-time staff to support the launch of a new program. Finally, Alanna will join Lume Deodorant in June 2023 as Executive Operations Manager.

Alanna DiGioia Jackson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in Science, Technology, and Society from Drexel University. Alanna obtained this degree, but the start and end years of their attendance are unknown. Additionally, Alanna obtained a certification in BUSINESS ANALYTICS: FROM DATA TO INSIGHTS from Wharton Executive Education in February 2023.
