Pär Ålander has extensive experience as a Creative Director, with their most recent position at LUMAS starting in 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Studio P–P in 2019, where they served as the Creative Director and Co-Founder, leading idea and concept development for various projects and collaborations. Before that, Pär worked as a Senior Art Director at Desenio AB from 2016 to 2019, expanding the brand and overseeing artist collaborations. Pär also spent eight years as a Senior Art Director at Oriflame Cosmetics, where they led worldwide product launches and campaigns for key brands.
Pär Ålander has a Bachelor's degree in Art Direction from Berghs School of Communication, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they studied Film/Cinema/Video Studies at Stockholm University from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, they pursued studies in Narratology at the University of Skövde from 1996 to 1997 and Film/Cinema/Video Studies from 1995 to 1997. Lastly, they also studied Art History, Criticism, and Conservation at the University of Skövde from 1995 to 1996.
