Maddison Swain has seven years of work experience, beginning in 2015. From 2015-2016, they worked as a VIP Executive at Coral. From 2016-2017, they worked as a VIP Account Manager at Playtech. From 2017-2019, they worked as a VIP Account Manager at BGO Group. From 2019-2020, they worked as a Talent Consultant at Premier Group Recruitment. From 2020-present, they have worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Optimus Search, a Freelance Recruiter at Cognition Education Ltd, and an Account Executive and Senior Business Development Representative at Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl).

Maddison Swain has attended Robert Clack school, and has obtained a CybSafe Certification in Security Awareness from CybSafe in November 2020.
