Skot Kremen has extensive experience in user experience (UX) and creative roles. Skot is currently the User Experience Director and Head of UX Design at Lumanity, where they have implemented a digital strategy process that has led to innovation and improved client relations. Prior to that, they worked as a UX/UI Manager at Brother International Corporation, where they developed a system for building online content and reduced wait times for deliverables. Skot also served as a User Experience Lead at Educational Testing Service, introducing research methods that improved design solutions and saved the company money by reducing lawsuits. Skot held various UX roles at Ogilvy Health, MRM Worldwide, and Performance Media Group, where they created user experience strategies and design solutions for clients. Skot's earlier career includes roles as Creative Director at BookSwim and CyberSecure Technologies, as well as Creative/UX Director at South Second Studios and Producer/Art Director at URSkool Inc.
Skot Kremen attended Northeastern University from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Philosophy and Psychology. Skot then pursued a degree in Music Synthesis at Berklee College of Music from 1996 to 1999. Finally, from 2008 to 2011, they enrolled at The Art Institutes to study Graphic Design.
