Jaroslaw Kierczuk is an experienced professional in indirect sales and channel development, currently serving as the EMEA Indirect Channel Development Manager at MathWorks since May 2018. In addition, Jaroslaw holds a position as a Certified Instructor at the LUMA Institute, promoting design thinking practices. Prior to MathWorks, Jaroslaw spent over a decade at Autodesk, where responsibilities included managing partner sales, overseeing the Software Asset Management Program across multiple regions, and ensuring license compliance in Poland and surrounding countries. Earlier career experience includes roles in marketing management and directorship at various companies, where strategic growth and product diversification were prioritized. Jaroslaw holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics from Politechnika Łódzka.
