Pavel Makarov is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in the energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as Procurement Lead at LUKOIL since December 2018, Pavel has held various procurement roles over the years, including Procurement Expert at NIPIGAS and Procurement Officer positions at both LUKOIL and Shtokman Development AG. Pavel began a career in procurement as a Specialist at Stroytransgaz and has early experience as a Procurement Expert with JSC StroyTransGaz in the UAE. Pavel's educational background includes a Master's degree from the Russian State Geological Prospecting University and additional studies at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy.
