Luc De Decker is an experienced professional in the transport and terminal management sector, currently serving as the Terminal and Transport Manager for Western Europe and previously for Benelux at LUKOIL since June 2007. Prior to this role, Luc held positions at SECA NV from January 1987 to June 2007, including Terminal and Transport Manager and Transport Manager.
