Faik Babayev currently serves as the Director of Finance at LUKOIL since October 2023. Prior to this role, Babayev was the CFO at Siemens Energy from February 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included defining financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Previous experience encompasses leadership roles such as Head of Branch and Regional Financial Controller at Aggreko, Deputy Director of Finance at FRHI Hotels & Resorts, and Financial Controller at Wyndham Worldwide, among others. Babayev holds a Master's degree in Analysis of International Economics from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Baku State University.
