Cecilia Guajardo Barahona has extensive experience in various leadership and operational roles within both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Currently serving as a Tutora at Lukkap since 2019 and as Presidente at Organizaci贸n Abrazar since 2014, Cecilia's responsibilities include overseeing non-profit initiatives and managing resources for vulnerable populations. Previously, Cecilia held the position of Gerente General at Hogar Espa帽ol from 2008 to 2014, where administration of a senior residence and a basic school was key. Earlier experience includes roles as Gerente de operaciones at Inmobiliaria Mapsa S.A., where Cecilia participated in successful securitization processes, and as Subgerente Finanzas y Operaciones and Analista Consultor within related companies, contributing to financial structure and project development. Cecilia holds a degree in Ingeniero Comercial from Universidad de Chile and a diploma in Gesti贸n y Direcci贸n de Empresas from ESE Business School Chile.
