Barbora Bončová has work experience at various companies, starting with Luigi's Box in 2022, where they served as a Product Marketing Specialist. Barbora then joined TEDxBratislava in the same year and worked in marketing, PR, and web-related roles. Prior to that, Barbora worked as a Manager at Bar Baudelaire from January 2019 to July 2022. Before that, they were a Manager at Bukowski bar Bratislava from February 2018 to July 2022.

Barbora Bončová earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici, completing their studies from 2015 to 2018.
