Chris Caplinger is a Shareholder at Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard, where employment has been ongoing since October 1999, following a role as an Associate Attorney at Richard W. Martinez, APLC from April 1998 to October 1999. Chris holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Common Law and a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from Loyola University New Orleans, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1998. Earlier education includes time at the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Religion from William & Mary.
