Eric Lucas possesses extensive experience in operations and procurement, currently serving as Operations & Procurement Manager at Lugano Diamonds since February 2020, where progression from Operations Assistant to Operations & IT Coordinator reflects strong capabilities in multiple roles. Prior to this, Eric held various positions at Wells Fargo from August 2016 to February 2020, including Business Advocate and Personal Banker. Experience in customer service and team leadership was further developed at Starbucks, where Eric worked as a Shift Supervisor from August 2010 to February 2020. Eric's career began with service in the United States Marine Corps as a Rifleman from August 2006 to August 2010.
