Beeta Jafari currently serves as Counsel at Lugano Diamonds since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Legal Affairs Counsel for Jellysmack, where responsibilities involved drafting and negotiating various agreements and managing corporate governance. As Corporate Counsel at MicroVention-Terumo, Beeta handled the negotiation of numerous third-party agreements and provided legal support for corporate projects. At Mobilitie, Beeta was a founding member of the Contracts team, developing processes for legal and business affairs. Previous positions also include Associate Attorney at Distinct Law Group and Contract Attorney for various creative clients. Beeta's early legal experience includes positions as a Law Clerk and Legal Intern. Beeta holds a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
