Lucia Philipp has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Referentin Operations Performance Management at Lufthansa since May 2022. Prior to this, Lucia held various roles at Lufthansa Aviation Training GmbH from January 2017 to May 2022, including positions in Business Development, Product Management for Human Factors Training, and Manager for Recruiting & HR Projects. Educationally, Lucia Philipp holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Ulm University, completed between 2012 and 2015, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution, achieved from 2009 to 2012.
