Lauren Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lauren began their career at Doner in 1998 and worked their way up from Traffic Coordinator to Account Manager, where they contributed to accounts such as BFGoodrich Tires, Blockbuster Entertainment Group, and PetSmart. Lauren then took on the role of Account Director, overseeing brand strategy, creative execution, and media plan strategy for clients such as Sirius Satellite Radio and Cranium. In 2007, they became the Project Director for the Design Studio, managing budgets, schedules, and billing. After a brief break, Lauren joined McCann Worldgroup & Campbell Ewald in 2011 as the Manager of New Business Operations, where they were responsible for developing a prospecting program and coordinating new business efforts. Lauren then moved to Doner as a Brand Leader, before transitioning to Lerner Advertising as an Account Management Supervisor. Most recently, Lauren has held leadership positions at The Money Source Inc. and Ludwig Plus, as the Corporate Marketing Director and Marketing Operations Director respectively. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, and drive results.

Lauren Hughes attended Albion College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. The field of study is not specified.
