Mike Fitch, CRL, currently serves as a CM Applications Engineer at Ludeca Inc., where responsibilities include supporting software and hardware users, training, software and hardware testing, vibration analysis and reporting, reliability process consultation, and vibration analysis mentoring. Previously, Mike worked at Temple-Inland as a Reliability Champion from 1996 to 2006, where consultation and advice were provided to plant and maintenance managers, along with guidance on developing PDM systems. Mike's career began at O & M Mfg in maintenance from 1975 to 1986. Mike holds a degree in Divinity from Southern Bible College, completed between 1975 and 1978.
