Kaho Ha is an experienced professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as a Partner at GRC IM since April 2019, focusing on real estate credit and special situations in Spain and Portugal. Kaho Ha holds investment and board member roles at Room00 Group and Oryx Power, in addition to being an investor at LUDA Partners. In an academic capacity, Kaho Ha will serve as an Associate Professor at IE Business School, teaching Real Estate Finance for the Master's in Real Estate Development program in mid-2024. Previous experience includes serving as Investment Director at Fosun Hive and as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Kaho Ha's educational background includes an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as international studies at various prestigious institutions.
