Phil Ross has over 30 years of experience in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently, Phil serves as the Contract Engineering Team Manager at Lucy Electric since April 2008, previously holding the position of Support Engineer for Overseas Operations. Before joining Lucy Electric, Phil Ross was the Fittings Product Champion at Parker Hannifin for a brief period in 2007. Phil's earlier experience includes serving as Tool Design/Project Manager at COTSWOLD TOOL AND PRESS LIMITED and Engineering Coordinator at HYDAC Technology Ltd. Additionally, Phil worked as a Mould Tool Design Engineer at TRW Fasteners earlier in their career.
