Rodney Youckton has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. Rodney started their career at Lucky Eagle Casino in 2009 as an Assistant General Manager and later served as the Director of Business Operations. In 2013, they joined Chehalis Tribal Enterprises as the CEO, where they directed and provided oversight for the organization's business activities. During their time at Lucky Eagle Casino, they held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Vice President of Administration and Public Relations. In 2016, Rodney took on the role of Chief Collaboration Officer at Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel, where they collaborated with team members, vendors, and community members to ensure a collaborative work environment. Rodney Youckton's education history begins in 2005 when they attended The Evergreen State College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Native American Studies and Casino Operations. In 2011, Rodney pursued further professional development in their field by attending courses on Gaming Management with Bill Zender & Associates and on Organizational Leadership with Sam Senn & Associates.
