Elyse Myszka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in merchandising and operations, currently serving as SVP, Merchandising & Chief Operating Officer at Lucky 21 Partners since June 2020. In this role, Myszka oversees more than 25 storefronts on Amazon and has achieved recognition as the #1 childrenswear seller on Walmart.com. Previous positions include Director of Digital Merchandising at Victoria's Secret Pink, where Myszka drove e-commerce initiatives and managed product launch strategies, and several merchandising roles at L Brands. Myszka's expertise extends beyond operations to include talent management as Head of People at Lucky 21 and involvement in community engagement as an Advisor for the HALO Business Community.
