Rafael Gorecki has extensive professional experience in management and consulting, currently serving as the Leiter der Niederlassung Münster and Manager/Agiler Coach at Lucke EDV GmbH since May 2020. Previously, Rafael worked as a Senior Berater at BBHT Beratungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG from September 2015 to May 2020, and as Operations Manager at Sahle Wohnen from September 2014 to August 2015, focusing on process optimization for quality and efficiency. A Master Student at BASF from March 2014 to August 2014, Rafael supported process optimization efforts and developed a thesis on evaluating optimization projects. Rafael holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz and a Master of Science in Business Management from Bangkok University Ramkhamhaeng, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Banking & Finance from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
