Andy Wise is an experienced regional manager at Lucion Environmental Ltd. Previously, Andy held the position of Director at Atkins Middle East from March 2011 to May 2014, overseeing major civil engineering contracts in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar, while coordinating design teams in Bahrain, Bangalore, and the UK. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Andy served as Director at Atkins, responsible for multi-discipline design and project management across the rail, government, and health sectors.
