Sharlotte Omoletski is a Senior Analyst at Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, where Sharlotte conducts research on current and prospective donors. Prior to this role, Sharlotte worked as a Prospect Research Analyst at UC Santa Barbara, where Sharlotte identified top prospective donors and compiled research information. Sharlotte has also worked as a Development Assistant and Prospect Research Student Intern at UC Santa Barbara, gaining experience in organizing donor-centric events and conducting extensive research on prospective donors.
