Tim Huckaby began their work experience in 1999 as the Founder/Chairman of InterKnowlogy, where they later became the Chairman/Founder of both InterKnowlogy and VSBLTY. In 2005, they became a Founding Member of P2PAC | Microsoft Partner-to-Partner Advisory Council. In 2011, they founded VSBLTY and served as the Chief Technology Officer until 2022. In 2021, they became an AI Consultant at TimHuckaby.com. Currently, Tim Huckaby is the Chief Technology Officer at Lucihub since June 2023.

Tim Huckaby attended Crespi Carmelite High School from 1976 to 1980. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of San Diego, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Business & Computer Science from 1980 to 1984.
