Ellis Broos is a Growth Manager at Lucien, a chain of bicycle shops in Belgium, co-founding the company in January 2022 with D'Ieteren's board support. Prior to this role, Ellis worked as a Strategic Planning Associate at D'Ieteren Auto from August 2019 to January 2022, focusing on future strategy and project management for strategic initiatives. Ellis's earlier experience includes positions as an Associate, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney from October 2016 to August 2019, as well as an internship at Möbius Business Redesign, where responsibilities included benchmarking operating rooms for Belgian hospitals. Ellis holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering - Operations Research and a Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering from Ghent University, along with a summer course in Business English from the University of California, Berkeley.
