Mike led the Operations group and built a team of Systems Administrators and Database Administrators. Mike also managed project coordination and handled procurement and installation of production equipment.

Prior to that, Mike held the role of Senior Systems Administrator at Aggregate Knowledge from March 2010 to February 2011. From August 2003 to April 2008, they worked as a Research Programmer in the Systems Management Group, responsible for server administration and developing provisioning and monitoring solutions. Prior to that, from March 2002 to September 2003, they worked as a Network Systems and Services Analyst in the Operations Center, providing support for the campus network and developing monitoring tools.
