Zach Luker is a Senior UX Designer II at Lucid Software, serving as the Lucidspark Lead since January 2019, where responsibilities include collaborating with product management and engineering to guide strategic product decisions and leading high-priority initiatives. Previous experience at Lucid Software involved launching a new product, Lucidspark, and optimizing payment flows, significantly increasing annual recurring revenue and reducing billing errors. Prior to Lucid, Zach worked as a UX/UI Designer at Sling TV, focusing on feature development across multiple platforms. Early career roles included a UX Designer intern at the Missionary Training Center, where design efforts improved in-house web applications, and positions in IT support that fostered an understanding of user-centered design. Zach holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from Brigham Young University and an Associate’s Degree from Snow College.
