Jennifer Merritt is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Lucid Motors, where curriculum and instruction are designed using principles such as ADDIE, Agile, and LMS. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at Kyrene Elementary School District from June 2011 to May 2023, including Curriculum Developer/Instructional Designer - Training Specialist, Science Teacher, and Science Department Lead. In these roles, a strong emphasis was placed on stakeholder feedback and the application of instructional design concepts to enhance student engagement and learning. Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technologies from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a focus on Earth Science and Geography from Central Michigan University.
