Bharat Joshi is a seasoned professional in the field of noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) engineering, currently serving as a Senior NVH Engineer at Lucid Motors since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading the development of acoustic packages and defining NVH targets. Prior experience includes working as an NVH Project Engineer at Faurecia, focusing on exhaust system design for passenger vehicles, and as an Acoustics Intern at Adler Pelzer Group, supporting the development of sound insulating panels. Bharat also contributed as a Noise and Vibration Research Assistant and Lab Instructor at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and gained foundational experience through internships at itie Knowledge Solutions, L&T Komatsu Ltd, and Ace Designers Limited. Bharat holds a Master of Science in Automotive Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute Of Technology.
