Chad Holdsclaw has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chad has held various positions in different companies, showcasing their expertise in technology and management.

From 2000 to 2005, Chad worked at BMW Group as a Senior Engineer, leading a global team in developing and launching new technologies for offboard-diagnostic-systems.

Chad then joined Ford Motor Company in 2005, where they worked as the Manager of the EE Systems Development Department at their Research & Development Center in China. Chad led the startup and growth of a multinational department responsible for developing Multiplex & Diagnostics Concepts and EE Systems Integration for vehicle programs designed by Ford in China. Chad also played a crucial role in localization and manufacturing plant launches.

In 2014, Chad joined Movimento as the General Manager for the Asia Pacific & Africa Region. Chad spearheaded the startup, expansion, and acquisition of the region, transforming it into a self-funding business. Chad also founded a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE) in China and implemented strategies for all business units.

Chad's next venture was with Formel D Group, where they served as the Global Director of Disruptive Technologies from 2016 to 2019. Chad led the startup of the company's Emerging Technologies Department and developed and implemented a Digital Innovation roadmap for transforming traditional automotive services into new revenue streams through technology.

In 2019, Chad joined VALD Performance as the Deputy Director of the Americas. Chad led Military partnerships and Human Performance Technology initiatives, focusing on objectively measuring readiness, recovery, and resiliency for Combat Arms & Special Forces Operators. Chad also utilized population-specific data and machine learning to augment Profiling & Physical Programming.

Chad had a brief role at Synapse International Pioneer Technologies Ltd. in 2017, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer. Chad'sresponsibilities included Mechatronics, Test & Validation, Diagnostics, Connectivity, Autonomous, and Embedded Systems in various sectors such as Automotive, Military, Human Performance, University & Professional Athletics, Biodefense/Covid-19, and Construction.

In 2020, Chad had two concurrent positions. Chad worked as the Director of Military Technology at Metal Roofing Systems, Inc. and served as the VP of Customer Experience & Military Technology at Lucid Drone Technologies, Inc.
