Phil Kowalczyk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and project leadership. Currently serving as National Lead for Asset Management at Lucid Consulting Australia since September 2019, Phil has previously held roles including Project Manager at KBR, Inc., and Manager of Growth and Development at RCR Infrastructure, where responsibilities included overseeing national renewables and contract management. Additional experience includes positions at BAE Systems Australia as Head of Property & Facilities Management, and as an Architect at DesignInc and Stafford Architects. Phil holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of South Australia, earned between 1992 and 1996.
