Chad Holdsclaw ÌƲ©ÁÁ is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in mechatronics, diagnostics, and autonomous systems across various industries including automotive, military, and human performance. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Synapse International Pioneer Technologies Ltd. since 2017, Chad also holds leadership roles as Director of Military Technology at Metal Roofing Systems, Inc. and VP of Customer Experience & Military Technology at Lucid Drone Technologies, Inc. Previous positions include Deputy Director of the Americas at VALD Performance, Global Director of Disruptive Technologies at Formel D Group, General Manager for Asia Pacific & Africa at Movimento, and managing engineering roles at Ford Motor Company and BMW Group. Chad holds a Master's Certification in Technology and Communication and dual Bachelor¡¯s degrees in Mechatronic Engineering and German Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
