Maartje van der Helm is an experienced professional in the fields of performance, development, and communication. Currently serving as General Manager Performance & Development and Head of Strategy & Capacity Management at LVNL since September 2018, Maartje also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at the Knowledge & Development Centre Mainport Schiphol. Prior experience includes leading the Communication & Strategy department at Rijkswaterstaat and serving as a Senior Press Officer. Maartje's career also includes a traineeship and communication advisory role at DSB Bank, as well as various communication positions across different organizations. Maartje holds a Master of Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has completed a Senior Leadership Development Program at Nyenrode Business University, along with communication degrees from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Memorial University.
