Martin Mojica Benavides is a co-founder of Lucero Bio since December 2019, bringing a strong research background from the University of Gothenburg, where Martin worked as a researcher from November 2020 to January 2022 and completed a PhD in Physics from September 2015 to November 2019. Martin’s doctoral research in the Biological Physics Group focused on studying biological responses at the single-cell level, employing techniques such as optical manipulation, microfluidics, and signal processing. Educational credentials include multiple Master's degrees in Photonics from Ghent University, University of St Andrews, and Vrije Universiteit Brussel, as well as a degree in Physics from Universidad Industrial de Santander.
