Michiel de Jongh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the agriculture and technology sectors. Currently serving as Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Valorem Management and Chief Growth Officer at Agro.Club, Michiel has successfully led multiple projects in agtech, plant breeding, and trading. Previous roles include Global Head of Seedcare at Syngenta, where Michiel oversaw a $1 billion global business, and President at Monsanto for various regions, including Canada and Ukraine. Michiel's advisory roles include positions with Phytoform and crop.zone hybrid herbicide, focusing on strategic growth and commercial development. Michiel holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
