Mike Cavers is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in creative development, acting, education, and entertainment. Currently serving as the Director of Creative Development for Outback Team Building & Training, Mike has also built a successful career as a Film/TV Actor with Lucas Talent Inc. Mike's entrepreneurial skills were demonstrated as Owner and Creative Lead of MC Entertainment and as Owner/Artistic Director of The Character Guys Event Entertainment. With a background in teaching, Mike instructed public speaking for international professionals and delivered innovative language courses at the University of British Columbia, including the development of an original acting course. Previous roles include Trainer/Facilitator for SIMED Management and Official Tester for IELTS, showcasing versatility in both educational and creative arenas. Mike holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and an Associate’s Degree in English Language and Literature from The University of British Columbia.
