Randall Fowler is an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in engineering and information systems. Since September 2017, Randall has been serving as a Project Manager at Lucas Systems. Prior experience includes similar roles at Westinghouse Electric Company from October 2009 to September 2017, and Alcatel-Lucent from December 2007 to February 2010. Randall began a career in engineering at Northrop Grumman, where tenure spanned from 2001 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, completed from 1996 to 2000.
